2. Service Scope & Boundaries

DHA Secured Transportation LLC provides specialized Behavioral Health Secure Transportation. DHA is not an emergency medical service, ambulance provider, or medical treatment provider. Secure transportation providers cannot provide active medical monitoring or medical intervention during transport.

3. Medical Emergencies

If an individual is experiencing an immediate life-threatening medical emergency requiring active medical resuscitation, emergency medical transportation, or clinical monitoring, call 911 immediately.

4. Requesting Authorization

Transportation requests for involuntary (M1) or specialized behavioral health transitions must satisfy all statutory, clinical, and facility authorization requirements before transport can occur.
